Non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug highly effective at reducing pain, inflammation and fever.

The apple flavoured paste is readily accepted by horses ensuring owner and patient compliance with treatment protocols.

COMPOSITION
Phenylbutazone 1g/5mL.
PRESENTATION
Paste: 30mL (dial a dose syringe).
230mL (pot with 10mL syringe).
1L (bulk tub).
5L (bulk tub).
INDICATIONS
For the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in horses and ponies where the anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of phenylbutazone can offer relief:
Inflammation of joints and bursae, arthritis and bursitis.
Inflammation of tendons and ligaments, tendonitis.
Soft tissue inflammation following surgery, including castration.
INflammation following traumatic injuries.
Lameness associated with acute and chronic arthritis.
Acute and chronic laminitis.
Infective arthritis in conjunction with antibiotics.
For the relief of visceral pain associated with colic.
An aid to the treatment of pyrexia.
DIRECTION FOR USE
PASTE:
Give orally via syringe 30 minutes prior to feeding.
HORSES: 450kg bodyweight: 10mL twice daily on day 1 then 5mL twice daily for 4 days then 5mL daily or every alternate day.
PONIES: 225kg bodyweight: 5mL daily for 4 days then 2.5mL daily or every alternate day.
